Been Busy

I have been busy !! But with the up and coming Stack A Stack I had better be busy....I made these cards this past weekend and I like the quilt stamp more and more.....I know you are getting tired of seeing them. The buttons are cut with the big shot... they are perfect for these cards I think.....

My newsletter comes out in a few days... I am anxious to see it and see what people think of it....I am also going to take a class on how to use twitter to promote your business...If anyone is interested in the class let me know and I will give you the info....

First Challenge

Gonna try this color challenge ..... I love the colors..... Back later with the card.....

Here it is but can't see the chocolate chip that I used for stamping and the dark layer..... not bad for first time and I like the card...I might use for a stamp a stack coming up....

On A Roll !!!

Work has been demanding this week and a couple of nights have had to work so I haven't posted anything. I am taking this morning off so I have some time to post and even made a card and took pictures of other ones. These two we made at our shoebox swap on Tuesday night.

I am still pondering how to market my cards for sale.....have been doing alot of surfing and making a list of local places to take samples and see if I can sale at their businesses....

I made this card for a friend of mine that is having a little boy. I left inside blank so that other friends could sign it too.

Afternoon Fun

I have been wanting to use the new quilting SU stamp set. So this afternoon I put together the quilt looking partand used my Big Shot and Top Note die cut and created the quilts. The are awesome. (If I do say so myself).

While I was cleaning that up I looked at the outside part that is cut off by the die cut. It was pretty as well and I thought well i will see if I can do something with this.... So here you have it.....

Happy Saturday

Haven't posted in a few days...I have been doing some dreaded chores that I said I was gonna do while on Spring Break. Yesterday I did my taxes. I did them on line and they are free and easy at this web site .... www.taxact.com .....if you haven't done yours yet take a look at it.

Yesterday I was in craft room and saw the left over fronts of the card I made for our group meeting swap. I had made 15 and I have about 8 of them left. So What do I do with these nice cards without using a lot of supplies? I am thinking of turning them over and cutting a top note and putting it on the back. And use them as note cards. Does anyone out there have any other ideas? Please let me know !!!!

Also today I am posting a picture of Brat (the newest addition to my house). What do you think?

Afternoon Card

I made this card this afternoon using 2 of the new stamps sets, Very Versatile and the Scene In A Garden. It is an "ok" card and not the card I thought I wanted to make but that card just did not come together.

I have really enjoyed my vacation of staying at home and doing some things that I have needed to get done. And then being able to play in my new craft room. I really like it.

And I Have a Winner !!!!
